Temporary sealing is often required in construction projects. Fire-retardant cushions are installed in recesses. Expands already at a temperature of 150C. Expansion curve: 1: 2.5 at 30 min/600C.

FIRESAFE FT Graphite is a heat-expanding, one-component graphite sealant. The sealant expands at a temperature of about 180° C, it expands about 20 times the joint sealant thickness at a high pressure. The product thus has very good fire-technical properties.

Fireblock (FB) and Fireplug (FP) consist of a soft, thermally expanding graphite material. The products are used for fireproofing penetrations in masonry/cast and plasterboard structures, both in walls and ceilings.
