This fusible link is a heat-sensitive component used in the detection cable circuit of automatic kitchen fire suppression systems. It is rated to melt at 260°C (500°F), releasing the detection cable and triggering the system's discharge. Supplied by GPBM as a spare/replacement part for kitchen suppression systems.

FIRESAFE Cable Sleeve square is specially developed for several applications as it has a divisible lid in the longitudinal direction that can be removed so that the sleeve can also be used on existing cable or electrical conduit made of plastic. FIRESAFE Cable Sleeve square is made of 1 mm thick powder-coated steel in the color red. The cable sleeve is internally coated with a heat-expanding laminate mounted in the middle of the cable sleeve which quickly closes the penetration in the event of a fire. In addition, FIRESAFE Cable Sleeve square contains cold smoke sealing in the form of black plugs at each end.
