General Information

The rehabilitation kit is used to replace the hose on existing fire hose reels. The kit consists of 30 metres of Formtex Ultra Extra 19 mm hose with a pressed-on nozzle, spring and hose clamp, supplied by SVEBAB.

Formtex Ultra Extra is a form-stable and flexible woven hose with an inner tube of 100% EPDM rubber and an outer weave and monofilament of 100% polyester. The hose is highly wear-resistant, weighs only about one third of a traditional rubber or plastic hose and has low friction against surfaces, making it easy to pull around corners and through tight spaces. It has excellent ageing properties and is approved to EN 694.

Hose technical data: inner/outer diameter Ø19/25 mm, bending diameter 110 mm, burst pressure 160 bar, max working pressure 20 bar (200 mWC), weight 195 g/m.
