Firesafe FSP SA502 optical smoke alarm with sealed 10-year battery, > 85 dB, EN 14604.
General Information

Firesafe FSP SA502 is an optical smoke alarm for homes. It has a sealed 3V battery (CR123A) with approx. 10 years of battery life, so no battery replacement is needed. The alarm signal is above 85 dB at a distance of 3 metres.

The alarm features a test and hush button and warns of low battery and faults. It is standalone and cannot be interconnected with other alarms.

Mount on the ceiling in accordance with the user manual. Test the alarm weekly and after installation, and vacuum the exterior at least twice a year. Replace the entire alarm after 10 years or when the battery is depleted, and dispose of it as WEEE. Does not replace a required fire alarm system.

Technical data: temperature range 0 °C to +40 °C, operating humidity below 93 %, dimensions Ø 100 × 33.6 mm, weight 0.150 kg. Tested to EN 14604:2005+AC:2008. 5-year limited product warranty (battery excluded).
